Sizing:
Newborn size fits to new babies up to two weeks for their first photo session and sitter size (6-12 months).

Sometimes packages arrive earlier and sometimes packages may be delayed.
Please note that during holiday time (Christmas and New Year), Black Friday Sales or weather issues all the parcels are usually delayed (for 1-2 weeks) due to the huge load at all post services.
You can track your parcel through your order or on your national post service website (all orders are transferred from Hellenic post service to the national post service of the destination country).
Canadian and Australia don't provide shipping information in Hellenic Post. In this case you need to contact your national carrier for delivery information.

Sizing details
All outfits in my shop are made to be used for photo sessions. Newborn size fits to new babies up to two weeks, 0-3 months size fits 4kg-6kg, 3-6 months fits to 6kg-8kg and sitter size(6-12 months) fits to 8kg-10kg. All my fabrics are soft and stretchy so they can fit to all shapes of bodies.
How long will it take to get my order?
The standard shipping to your country or tracked shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-4 weeks worldwide according to the international shipping company. Sometimes packages arrive earlier and sometimes packages may be delayed.
Please note that during holiday time (Christmas and New Year) and Black Friday Sales all the parcels are usually delayed (for 1-2 weeks) due to the huge load at all post services.
All orders are shipped with Elta national post service that transfers them the same day to the national post of buyer's country for delivery NOTE: FOR USA is USPS. Orders are shipped via first class mail and include tracking numbers.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your parcel through your order in Hellenic Post or on your national post service website (all orders are transferred from Hellenic post service to the national post service of the destination country).

I still have not receive my order, what steps do I follow?
Step 1: contact me to inform for a delay, more than 4 weeks for international delivery and more than 2 weeks for Europe.
Step 2: check the progress in international tracking website, https://www.17track.net/en
Step 3: Contact your national post service for more information.
Consider that sometimes the parcel is not lost and was actually attempted for delivery with the tracking system failing to show it.
How can I return my order?
RETURN POLICIES: Return shipping cost in on buyer. The item must return in his original condition. Once I receive it by postman I refund the price of the item but not the shipping cost. Before a return the buyer must contact me for specific information for international delivery.
